To add a user you will need to open the LRS that you want to add a user to from your account LRS list in the left drawer menu. Select the LRS you want to add users to, click on the gear icon, and select "Admin" from the dropdown.
Type in the email address of the user you would like to add. Click "Add User." A popup will appear at the bottom of the window to confirm the user has been added successfully. When they are successfully added they will appear in a roster list under "Users."
A user must have a Yet Account in order to be added to an LRS. As long as the user you are adding has a Yet Account, their access will automatically appear next time they login. If a user you want to add does not have a Yet Account, direct them to create one at https://auth.yetanalytics.io/register.
