Create an LRS
In this tutorial, we will cover the basics of setting up your first Learning Record Store (LRS). After you login for the first time you will land at the welcome screen with directions for how to set up your first LRS. Open the drawer panel on the left by clicking the hamburger icon.
Once you open the drawer, you'll see a big red button that says "Add New LRS." Click on it and a pop-up card with a few prompts to fill out to create your new data store. Give your LRS a unique name that is relevant to the data that you will be sending to it. Then write a short description or reference note about the purpose of the LRS or what kinds of data you will be storing there. Keep in mind that you will not be able to change the name of the LRS or the descriptive text later.
Once you are happy with your text, click the "Create" button. This will create your first LRS and it will appear in the menu drawer LRS list. Click on the LRS to open it.
Connect a Data Source to the LRS
When you open your new LRS, you will notice that all of the graphs are blank, there is no data already in it. So the next thing we need to do is hook up a data source to send some data!
